Privacy Policy

Local document processing

PDFs and selected images are opened, inspected, compared and processed on your Mac. AccessProof Studio does not upload documents, OCR text, reconstructed tables, comparison findings, redaction marks, review notes, exported evidence or document fingerprints to Alfago Lab or any external AI service.

Files and records on your Mac

The app may store security-scoped bookmarks, recovery information, review ledgers, comparison history, redaction marks, evidence history and preferences locally so that requested workflows can continue safely. Evidence exports and verified copies are written only to a location you choose. Source PDFs are not overwritten.

Purchases

If you purchase Lifetime Pro, Apple processes the transaction. AccessProof Studio reads App Store transaction status to unlock eligible features. Alfago Lab does not receive your payment card details through the app.

Tracking and third parties

The app contains no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, cross-app tracking or account system. It does not sell or share personal data.

Support email

If you contact support, the information you include in your email is used only to respond to your request. Do not attach confidential PDFs unless support explicitly asks for a synthetic or redacted example.

Your control

You control the documents you open and the files you export. Local app records can be removed by deleting the app’s data from your Mac. Exported files remain wherever you saved them.

Children

AccessProof Studio is a professional document review tool and does not knowingly collect information from children.

Policy changes

If this policy changes, the updated version and effective date will be published on this page. A future version will not claim “Data Not Collected” if the shipping app begins collecting data.
